Press Brake Operator - Manufacturing 📍 Hanover, MD 🕒 FullTime | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM OR 5:00 PM-3:30 AM 💵 $23-$26/hour (based on experience) 🔁 TemptoHire | Weekly Pay We are hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Hanover, MD. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy handson, precise work and want longterm stability with room to grow. ⭐ What You'll Do Set up, operate, and adjust press brake machinery for accurate metal fabrication Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work orders Measure, inspect, and verify parts using calipers, gauges, and measuring tools Perform routine machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality Load, position, and secure materials for bending and forming operations Use computer systems to pull drawings, update job information, and track production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during operation Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Assist in training junior operators when needed ⭐ Requirements 2-3 years of machine operation experience required At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Basic electrical knowledge preferred (reading simple diagrams, understanding machine functions) Experience operating press brake or CNC equipment (preferred but not required) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to measure accurately Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift Reliable transportation and consistent attendance ⭐ Why This Role Stands Out Steady fulltime hours with two shift options Longterm temptohire opportunity Weekly, reliable pay Handson, technical manufacturing experience Supportive team environment with potential for growth PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
