Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team in the paving industry. The ideal candidate will have a NETTCP certification for the plant or field and be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tests on asphalt mixtures and aggregates to ensure that they meet quality standards. Monitor production processes to identify any quality issues. Provide recommendations to production teams on how to improve quality. Maintain accurate records of testing results. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment. Provide training to production teams on quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
NETTCP certification for plant or field is perffered. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of paving industry standards and regulations is a plus. Familiarity with testing equipment and laboratory procedures.
