Wymans - Quality Control Technician ~ Hancock

As a Quality Assurance Technician for Wyman's, you will be responsible for supporting Operations from a Quality perspective. While working at Wyman's, you will work with some of the latest technology to support Operations to identify, analyze, and resolve quality problems. You will ensure that product meets specifications and that customer expectations are consistently being fulfilled. You will be reporting regularly on quality issues, as well as supporting QA roles in problem identification and prevention. In this position you will promote and support Wyman's continuous improvement initiatives, live the company values of Doing the Right Thing and Seeking a Better Way, and assist in fulfilling the Company Mission of Helping the World Eat More Fruit. Wyman's prefers at least one year of experience working in a food safety QA setting. The ideal candidate works well with others and provides direction in a professional and respectful manner. Hours for this position are shift based and either 7am-3:30pm, M-F. During Harvest (roughly July -September) the required schedule is 7 days per week, 12-hour days. •10% shift differential for second shift.
