Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to support manufacturing operations by ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the production process. This is a hands-on position that works directly on the plant floor, performing inspections, measurements, and quality checks to support production and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working closely with production personnel. Responsibilities Perform hourly quality inspections throughout the production process. Conduct first article inspections on new and existing production runs. Measure parts using precision measuring equipment, including calipers and other inspection tools. Verify part fit, functionality, and compliance with specifications. Inspect products for defects and identify quality concerns. Document inspection results and communicate issues to production leadership. Support containment and corrective action activities when quality issues arise. Work closely with production personnel to ensure quality standards are maintained. Assist with continuous improvement efforts related to quality and manufacturing processes. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar manufacturing quality role. Experience using measuring and inspection equipment. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor for the majority of the shift. Experience in plastics manufacturing, thermoforming, injection molding, metal stamping, fabrication, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
