Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Technician to help maintain our high manufacturing standards by monitoring product quality across all production stages. In this active, floor-based role, you will conduct essential measurements and inspections to ensure our output consistently aligns with both internal benchmarks and customer expectations. Successful applicants will bring a background in manufacturing quality control and enjoy collaborating effectively with our production team. Core Responsibilities Execute routine quality checks at regular intervals during the manufacturing cycle. Perform initial article assessments for both new and ongoing production batches. Utilize precision tools, such as calipers, to accurately measure component dimensions. Confirm that parts meet all necessary fit, function, and design requirements. Identify potential defects to help uphold our commitment to product excellence. Record findings from inspections and report any discrepancies to production management. Participate in containment and resolution tasks to address quality-related challenges. Collaborate with the production staff to help ensure consistent adherence to quality protocols. Contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at improving our manufacturing and quality processes. Help foster a secure and orderly workspace for the entire team. Required Qualifications Prior professional experience in a Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, or equivalent manufacturing role. Proficiency in operating various inspection and measurement instruments. Capability to analyze and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Willingness to spend the majority of your shift working directly on the production floor. Background in environments such as injection molding, thermoforming, plastics, fabrication, or metal stamping is highly desirable.
