1 Quality Coordinator Amigo Mobility International, Inc. has been an expert in mobility since 1968. We are a family that cares about customers, employees, and the local community. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. Job Duties:
  • Test, evaluate, and determine the disposition of all parts returned under warranty.
  • Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, and finished products using standard physical, mechanical, and electrical measurement tools.
  • Conduct and document procedure audits, using written procedures as audit standards.
  • Accurately document the results of inspections of purchased components.
  • Evaluate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform inventory transactions in NetSuite.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues and support resolution efforts.
  • Develop proactive testing procedures for incoming and outgoing parts.
  • Review Return Authorizations for accuracy.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Experience in quality control, testing, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electronics
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Ability to use measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • General computer proficiency (NetSuite experience a plus)
