DLZ Corporation is seeking Field Technicians for projects in Michigan! This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and work hard in a dynamic environment. DLZ will provide the necessary training for you to succeed in this role.

DLZ Corporation is seeking Field Technicians for projects in Michigan! This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and work hard in a dynamic environment. DLZ will provide the necessary training for you to succeed in this role.
What You'll Do:
Perform field sampling, testing, and inspection of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete on active construction sitesInterpret project plans, specifications, and testing requirementsAccurately collect, document, and report field data and daily construction quantitiesCommunicate effectively with contractors, owners, and internal team membersMaintain assigned vehicles, testing equipment, and safety standardsFollow all DLZ health, safety, and public safety proceduresPerform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of materials testing experienceProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookRequired certifications/training: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Level INuclear Densometer Safety TrainingMDOT Density Control CertificationAbility to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditionsValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug testing (including marijuana)Ability to safely traverse active construction sites and comply with all safety requirementsWillingness to travel throughout Michigan and the tri-state area.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):
