Key Responsibilities Perform dimensional layouts and testing in support of production and launch activities Generate and distribute layout and test reports upon completion Maintain accurate and organized layout and inspection records Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for dimensional issues Conduct gage studies and manage gage tracking software Ensure all lab equipment and gages remain calibrated and certified per plant and customer requirements Support or perform Lab Supervisor duties as assigned by management Maintain a clean, organized lab environment in accordance with 5S principles Ensure proper handling and storage of gages received from other facilities Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase layout efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Relevant work experience in metrology, quality, or manufacturing environments preferred Experience with CMM programming and operation is strongly preferred Familiarity with gage management systems and calibration processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
