Minimal Position Summary:
A Quality Checker is responsible to inspect, verify and pack conforming parts per print and work instructions.
Position Description:
Inspect, verify and pack parts per print specifications and work instructions. Keep open communication with management and team members. Use forklift to move finished goods to final audit area. Record inspection results and SPC Data as required. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Proper handling of all suspect and scrap parts. Assist with any sort efforts as requested.
Job Requirements:
Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to correctly follow work instructions. Ability to use multiple gages required for the inspection process. Ability to effectively communicate with team members. Ability to operate powered industrial equipment. Great attention to detail. Great work ethic.
Education Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED.
