PRIMARY FUNCTION
This position contributes to the company's success through a thorough understanding of certifications, metallurgical test reports, traceability requirements, and quality documentation within the Quality Certification department. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, review, and issue material certifications in accordance with customer purchase orders, process plans, drawings, material specifications, and internal procedures. Verify test reports, laboratory results, heat treat data, and manufacturing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to shipment. Utilize software systems to assign specifications, enter test results, generate certifications, and maintain certification records. Interface with metallurgy, shipping, planning, manufacturing, testing laboratories, customers, and suppliers regarding certification and quality documentation requirements. Review customer specifications and contract requirements to ensure all reporting and certification obligations are satisfied. Ensure certification packages include all required supporting documentation, including mill certifications, laboratory reports, and regulatory statements when applicable. Other duties as assigned

ASTM, AMS, ASME, & SAE
specifications Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines 3.2 Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous clerical experience Monday•Friday 8a•4:30p
