QUALITY PPAP COORDINATORAUBURN HILLS, MI
As a member of the Quality team, the PPAP Coordinator will be responsible formaintaining and documenting quality processes and procedures. This member will also partner with our management team to align our quality initiatives and functions with the objectives of the business.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Supplier PPAP approvals and maintain required supporting documentation, in profileCustomer PPAP submissions and maintain required supporting documentation, SQMSAttend PPAP conference calls and provide plant updates as requiredMaintain Supplier PPAP Bump Chart matrixAssist with PTR coordination and assist in preparing proper documentationAttend product audit reviewsSupport in capability and Gage R&R studies with quality engineerMaintain SQMS matrix on New customer program PPAP statusVerify
SQMS PPAP
status for service acceptancePrint PPAP report out on service as requiredSupport the Bump Chart tracking breakpoints for product changesAttend weekly PPAP call, provide feedback as neededSupport scanning the seats (Front row, second row and 20%)Overlaying with CAD models using Poly works softwareVerify lab requirements are preformed per the required scheduleCoordinate Assign LPA Assembly Audits and make sure they are completed at plant levelUpdate LPA board WeeklyUpdate Line Side Communication Boards weeklyPerform IATF Internal Audits as neededWork with Program Management to understands scope of EWO changes, supplier PPAP target dates & support EWO breakpoint datescommunicated break point dates to customerWeekly reviews of supplier PPAP's during launch to support Non- Saleable, Saleable, and Full MRD'sPrepare IMDS request and work with all Lear plants PPAP Coordinates to ensure request are completed timelySubmit IMDS request to Lear PETC, follow up and correct issue No BOM issues, supplier and part number issues as necessaryAttend Weekly Bump chart calls with other PPAP Coordinators, Program Managers & BOM ManagerReport supplier & customer PPAP status updatesEstablish supplier and customer breakpoints and update to latest informationReview upcoming changes, close completed changesTrack all ECN and EWO'sCompleted 2 IPPM/COPQ Kaizen projects per year to drive improvementsFill in for Quality Coach as neededWeekly call with GM SQE'S, providing PPAP status
Your Qualifications:
