Quality Technician

Quality Technician Quality Inspector The Quality Inspector evaluates hardware documentation, inspect products, and records data supporting our Aerospace Manufacturing activities in Roseville, MI. We are looking for someone who has an eagerness to learn and grow within our company and a high attention to detail. Core Responsibilities Reads and interprets materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals, and blueprints, to determine inspection and test procedures. Inspects materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to defined requirements (engineering drawings and specifications). Marks items for acceptance or rejection, records test results and inspection data, and compares findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards. Rejects products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications. Tests and measures finished products, components, or assemblies for functioning, operation, accuracy, and to verify adherence to functional specifications. Reads measurement equipment to ensure that product is operating according to specifications. Communicates inspection results to team Maintains clear organized records Assists with problem solving activities Support compliance with RCO Quality Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions. Support RCO continuous improvement initiative. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High-school diploma or GED, Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job experience in mechanical inspection and visual appearance standards, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and blueprint reading.
