Leading and training quality associates Sorting, testing and visual inspection of various types of parts for defects/damages Inspecting carbon fiber and other products Documenting proper information for customer Communicating with supervisor and customer regarding quantities and defects Ability to use tablet and send photos Ability to work alone or with limited supervision Consistent attention to detail Fast paced work environment What We're Looking For in a

Quality Lead:

Reliable transportation Prior experience in a Quality Lead position Position does require traveling to other work locations between Kalamazoo and Sturgis when needed (pay for travel & mileage reimbursement). Entry-level experience in Quality Inspection (though experience is preferred) Hilo experience Lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand for length of shift Must be 18+ years of age Ability to pass a background check & drug screen Help us put a SMILE on the customer's face!
