Beertender

Position Summary:

Our Beertenders at 22 Northmen Brewing play a pivotal role in the experience that makes Carlos Creek a top-notch destination. They are out going, energetic team players with a natural flair for starting conversations while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Extensive beer knowledge is not required but they must have the enthusiasm for learning about our beer and sharing that excitement with our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers while creating a memorable experience
• Describe, recommend and pour beer tailored to each guest's preference
• Drive additional sales through suggestive selling
• Accurately process sales on POS system
• Perform opening/closing duties including cleaning bathroom and floors and restocking
• Maintain a clean and tidy taproom by ensuring all tables and bar top are clear of debris
• Check IDs and maintain a safe and fun environment through responsible serving
• Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• A love of beer and people!
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player
• Ability to operate a POS system
• Ability to work an 8 hour shift while standing
• Ability to lift 45 lbs
• Hospitality experience a plus

Time Commitment:

• Minimum of two weekends per month
• Available to work nights and weekends, day-time availability a plus
• Available work two out of the three summer holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day
• Work all Carlos Creek festivals
• Available to work nights and weekends, day-time availability a plus
• Available work two out of the three summer holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of

July and Labor Day Pay:

$13/hr plus tips
