Job Description

Failure analysis role responsible for complaint investigations, returned medical device testing, root cause support, documentation, data review, and quality improvement activities. Job Requirements Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline Experience with SAP, MES, or TrackWise Production or manufacturing background Experience conducting failure analysis or product investigations Experience documenting complaint findings or technical investigation results Experience reviewing manufacturing data Experience supporting root cause investigations Experience working with returned products, devices, equipment, or quality issues Preferred Skills Experience with returned medical devices Experience with capital equipment, computer systems, or electronic equipment Experience supporting NCEP investigations Experience supporting CAPA activities Experience using testing tools and techniques for product failure analysis Experience supporting lab operations or lab process improvements Experience identifying product issue patterns through data analysis Job Responsibilities Conduct independent failure analyses on returned medical devices and equipment Document complaint investigation findings Use testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations Analyze product failures and record investigation results Review manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential causes Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs Support CAPA investigations and resolution activities Collaborate across departments to resolve product quality issues Support product quality improvement initiatives Drive continuous improvement activities related to failure analysis, complaint handling, and lab operations Support lab operations, process enhancements, and testing workflow improvements
Pay:
