Hours Weekly Pay Rate:

Keys:

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline
• Experience in SAP, MES, or TrackWise
• Production or manufacturing background This role is focused on failure analysis and complaint investigation for returned medical devices (primarily capital equipment like computer systems).

The person will analyze product failures, document findings, and collaborate across teams to identify root causes and support product quality improvements. Conduct independent failure analyses and document complaint findings. Utilize testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations. Identify patterns through data analysis, including manufacturing data review. Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs. Collaborate across departments to resolve product issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Thank you!
