R D Test Technician responsible for performing semi-automated medical catheter testing, data collection, equipment setup, and protocol-based quality work. Job Requirements Associate degree or equivalent experience required 1+ year of related experience Assembler, operator, or test technician background preferred 4-year mechanical or electrical engineering candidates will not be considered Experience performing R D testing preferred Ability to perform medical catheter testing, including pull, flex, torque, extension/retraction, fatigue, x-ray, and electrical testing Ability to set up semi-automated test equipment Ability to collect accurate test data Ability to follow strict test protocols Ability to interpret written instructions, test procedures, and work documentation Basic PC skills Microsoft Word experience Microsoft Excel experience File management experience Ability to work within quality systems and procedures Preferred Skills Medical device testing experience Catheter testing experience Tensile testing equipment experience Microscope experience Electrical measurement equipment experience Complex equipment operation experience Experience with repetitive testing processes Experience working across multiple test methods and product types Experience documenting test results in regulated or quality-controlled environments Job Responsibilities Perform R D testing on medical catheters Conduct pull, flex, torque, extension/retraction, fatigue, x-ray, and electrical testing Set up semi-automated testing equipment according to test requirements Follow test protocols and procedures during testing activities Collect and record accurate test data Perform repetitive testing as required Support testing across multiple products and test methods Operate tensile, microscope, electrical measurement, or other complex test equipment as applicable Review instructions, procedures, and test documentation before execution Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and file management systems to support testing documentation Maintain compliance with quality systems and procedures Build quality into all testing and documentation activities

Pay:
