Job Description

As a Quality Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest aerospace standards-while helping continuously improve how we build them. What You'll Do In this hands-on, high-impact role, you'll be at the center of quality assurance and continuous improvement:
  • Own product quality at the final stage by serving as the Designated Quality Representative (DSQR), ensuring all customer specifications are met before shipment
  • Investigate and solve quality issues by leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions for internal and external non-conformances
  • Partner across teams (Quality, Engineering, and Production) to improve processes and prevent future defects
  • Support supplier quality by communicating issues and ensuring accountability and resolution
  • Inspect precision castings using measurement tools and hands-on techniques like benching and blending
  • Navigate customer systems and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in quality or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of Quality Assurance experience (manufacturing preferred), including inspections and audits
  • Experience or ability to obtain
AS13001 / DSQR
certification
  • Document control experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
