We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Operations Team. The primary responsibility of the Quality Tech will be conducting routine tests and inspections on products and data collection. The technician performs capability studies, first piece inspections & records results, as well as assisting with ISO compliance and training. The Quality Tech participates in special projects as needed and works with other departments to ensure a quality product. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct inspections at First Article, PPAP, in-process, in-coming and completes the final inspections Measure product conformance utilizing CMM (Creaform/Polyworks), and Virtek Laser Inspection machine Create and edit CMM programs using Polyworks Perform PPAP, and First Article inspections to support the component qualification process. Read and interpret specifications and part prints Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions. Communicate with project engineers to ensure schematics follow the final product All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Requirements High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality-related position preferred Proficient with
ASME GD&T
