Quality Support Technician (Part-Time) Join the Frost River Manufacturing Team Frost River has been a staple of Duluth manufacturing for over two decades. Located in the heart of the Lincoln Park Craft District, we are a thriving small business in the outdoor industry, proudly crafting premium canoe packs, daypacks, shoulder bags, briefcases, and more—all made right here in Duluth, Minnesota. At Frost River, we take pride in building products that are designed to last a lifetime. Using waxed canvas, premium leather, and solid brass hardware, our team creates handcrafted soft goods rooted in quality, functionality, and timeless craftsmanship. About the Role We are looking for a Part-Time technician to join our Quality Department. This role plays an important part in ensuring every Frost River product meets our high standards for craftsmanship and durability before reaching our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in quality work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a collaborative manufacturing team. What You'll Do Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Frost River quality standards Identify and communicate product inconsistencies or defects Assist with trimming, finishing, cleaning, and final preparation of products Support production workflow and help maintain organization in the quality department Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors Assist with additional manufacturing tasks and projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive handwork Why Join Frost River?
