Job details Summary Spherion $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Temp to Perm 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_175949 Job details We are partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer in Duluth, MN, to find a detail-oriented R D Technician to join their innovative team. Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM What You'll Do:

Testing & Analysis:
Read schematics and diagrams to test products and equipment using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and signal generators.
Prototyping:
Build prototypes and related hardware, including mechanical enclosures, test fixtures, and assembly jigs.
Production Support:
Act as a go-to leader on the production floor to troubleshoot equipment issues and quickly resolve line-down situations.
Quality Assurance:
Perform qualification testing on new products and conduct specialized X-ray analysis on high-level, space-grade products.
Safety First:
Maintain a safe working environment by following all company work rules and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
An Associate degree in Engineering Technology (from an ABET-accredited college/technical school) OR equivalent training.
Experience:
1-3 years of related experience (we are open to entry-level candidates with the right foundational training!).
Technical Skills:
Ability to read electrical schematics, understand basic electronic components, and safely operate power supplies and test equipment.
Hands-On Ability:
Comfortable with hand soldering, printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) construction, and using standard shop tools.
Note:
