Role:
We are a beer-focused taproom dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for craft beer enthusiasts. We do not serve food—our focus is on quality beer, community, live entertainment, and creating memorable guest experiences. In addition to serving great beer, we host a variety of live music performances, special events, community gatherings, and private parties throughout the year. Our venue is a destination for both craft beer lovers and guests looking for a unique event space.
Responsibilities:
Serve a variety of craft beers while providing a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Manage daily operations and oversee staff to ensure top-notch service. Educate customers about beer styles, flavors, and brewery offerings Process cash and credit card transactions . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and seating. Restock beer, merchandise, glassware, and supplies as needed Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience in a bartending or managerial role preferred. Strong knowledge of craft beers and brewing processes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Must be at least 21 years of age and have relevant certifications. Team-oriented with strong leadership abilities. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passion for the craft beer industry and a commitment to quality. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips.
