1st, 2nd and weekend shift Job Overview We are hiring a Quality Inspector to support a precision manufacturing environment. In this role, you will inspect parts, read blueprints, and use measuring tools to ensure products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with inspection experience who wants to work in a clean, team-focused environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints (including GD&T) Inspect parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Review measurements and determine if parts meet specifications Document inspection results and report any defects Use CMM or vision systems (Keyence/Zeiss) when needed Work with production and engineering to resolve quality issues Support audits and maintain quality records Requirements 2+ years of quality inspection experience Strong skills with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Experience in manufacturing (aerospace experience is a plus) Knowledge of

ISO 9001 / AS9100

• $66560.00/yr.
• Climate Controlled and super clean
• Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
• 1 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
• Average tenure is 10+ years
