Job Description
Part-Time Beer Tender Montgomery Brewing is looking for a friendly, outgoing Beer Tender to join our team. This is a customer-facing position where creating a great guest experience is just as important as serving great beer. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships with customers, and helping create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service Serve beer, root beer, and other beverages responsibly Educate customers about our beer offerings and make recommendations Operate the POS system and process transactions Maintain a clean, organized taproom and bar area Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable and dependable Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required About You You don't need brewery experience—we can teach that. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door.
