Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to inspect finished goods from external partners. Acceptable goods are then packaged with provided install guides and product labels. Once packaged goods are placed in designated areas.Manager:

This full-time position is Monday - Friday, 40-hour work week with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. While we strive to maintain consistent schedules, occasional adjustments may be necessary due to business needs, holidays or time off. Schedules may be modified by managers if an employee needs to make up time. Employees will be notified of any schedule changes in a timely manner. No schedule changes may take place without lead and manager approval. Please note that your work schedule, including shift hours and days of work, may be subject to change at the discretion of management based on business needs. Management will provide advance notice and will make every effort to accommodate schedules based on the employee's needs.Safety:
Your safety is a top priority. Working the second shift may involve reduced staffing or supervision during certain hours, and all employees are expected to strictly adhere to company safety protocols and procedures at all times.You are required to:
Remain alert and aware of your surroundings Follow all safety guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook and training sessions Immediately report any hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions to your lead/manager. The company is committed to providing a safe work environment and will ensure that appropriate lighting, security and emergency support are available during second shift operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Inspection of external partners finished goods Follow the Inspection Gold Standard Level I when inspecting product Match quantity of pieces to install guide Found inferior product passed on to supervisor Install StringLocks on the seat covers Achieve and maintain set individual Level I goals. Gain Level 1 standards for speed and accuracy. Work under the close supervision of senior personnel. Check in at regular intervals with your team lead - getting more work as needed, asking for assistance when required and taking ownership of your role. • Possess a moderate understanding of the general aspects of the job. Flatten used boxes and dispose of in appropriate container Ensure the correct pieces are in the sample box before putting away Return sample boxes to sample library Other duties as required Initial and ongoing training Ability to help Identify any bottlenecks in the production flow and notify Quality Control Lead Is a team player, recognizing the interaction of all Distribution Center activities and working with other staff members as needed, to complete all orders. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, clear walkways, tidy workstations and making sure all fire exits and fire extinguishers are clear.General Requirements:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and accuracy Great attention to detail Willingness to find and change the way things are done to be more efficient Basic computer and math skills Ability to read a tape measure Willingness to act quickly on requests and changes from the Inspection Team Lead Willingness to work overtime when required - including days longer than 10 hours and additional days Willingness to follow directions Willingness to treat co-workers with dignity and respect Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Stellar attendance and punctuality are essential - 40-hour work weeks are required.Physical requirements:
