Quality Associate:

Inspect painted parts for defects such as dirt, runs, light coverage, and damage Measure paint thickness, adhesion, and gloss using testing equipment Perform pre-treatment testing to verify process quality Complete detailed visual inspections to ensure products meet standards Record inspection data accurately in a computer system Verify production quality and communicate any issues or defects What You Need to Bring to the

Quality Associate Role:
