Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday
  • Friday, 8:00am
  • 5:00pm
CST COMPENSATION
Starting Pay $21
  • $24.

PCI is seeking a Spanish Bilingual QA Associate who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excited to drive quality initiatives that enhance our customer service experience while supporting team development. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Actively listens and monitors daily call interactions.
  • Conducts and completes monthly call interaction audits.
  • Reviews customer call interaction recordings upon request.
  • Proactively discovers insights/trends and communicates with leadership regarding findings
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with monitoring call interactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to process and handle confidential information.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have but not Required! (We'll train you!):
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
