Quality Assurance Specialist Tenacious Holdings Inc Saint Paul, MN Job Details 23 hours ago Qualifications Statistics Supplier quality engineering practices Regulatory compliance Supplier audits Supplier audit compliance assessment Project management Bachelor's degree Quality inspection Manufacturing Cross-functional collaboration Manufacturing company experience Cross-functional communication Full Job Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's quality management systems to ensure products and services meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees quality assurance processes, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and works cross-functionally to promote a culture of quality across the organization. The role reports to the Director of Global Sourcing and requires in-office collaboration Monday through Wednesday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays. You have already accomplished (required): 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management in the manufacturing industry. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or a related field. Deep understanding of quality management systems, audits, compliance, and documentation. Experience in inspection, testing, statistics, specification understanding, and supplier audits (PPAP's, QPQP, etc.) is required. Knowledge of quality tools such as root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies is preferred. Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. You may have already accomplished (preferred): Certification such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt, etc. Experience with ISO certification or regulatory environments.

Living Tenaciously Making well-crafted, innovative, high-function products that Make The Workplace A Betterplace™ Being distinctively and disruptively creative from bow to stern Endeavoring to be fair-minded, transparent and positive in all we say and do Job Responsibilities Supplier & Product Quality Management Serve as the liaison between suppliers, product management, compliance, and inventory management to address non-conformity issues. Champion the formal corrective and preventative action (CAPA) for products that don't meet requirements or expectations. Oversee incoming supplied product inspections for new product launches and ongoing production units to ensure product quality. Work with product management to ensure new product requirements and quality standards are clearly communicated to suppliers and checked throughout production and receiving processes. Parter with sourcing team to assess and approve suppliers for current and future sourcing activities. Compliance, Quality Systems & Risk Management Work cross-functionally with compliance and other departments to create and execute product sampling and testing plans to measure product quality and resolve CAPAs Partner with compliance department to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements Lead warranty analysis reviews Continuous Improvement Analyze data to establish and monitor metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems related to product quality. Coordinate with operations and product management to implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and operational inefficiencies. Execute and improve Ergodyne's quality management system and internal audit process Provide training and guidance across the organization to strengthen quality awareness and best practices.
