What You'll Be Doing Inspect and document incoming materials Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Support inspections using equipment like comparators and CMM (if experience allows) Read and follow blueprints and work instructions Help maintain quality documentation and records Work closely with production to ensure quality throughout the process What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience required (quality experience is a plus, but not required) Ability to read or willingness to learn blueprints Comfortable using or learning measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
