Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician II for a contract/temporary opportunity in Forsyth, MO. This role supports quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment, helping ensure products meet established standards for purity, composition, safety, and overall quality. The QC Technician II is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and compliance. You will work closely with quality and production teams, perform line inspections, support product sampling, review documentation, and help maintain organized quality control hold areas. This position offers a stable 4-day, 10-hour schedule, hands-on training, and the opportunity to build experience in a structured quality control environment with supportive leadership and cross-functional teamwork. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-operation line approvals, in-process inspections, finished product checks, and customer-required quality control verifications.
  • Conduct periodic weight checks to confirm encapsulating and tableting machines are dosing properly.
  • Collect samples for testing, support raw material sampling and release, and maintain retained samples in an organized manner.
  • Review batch records and documentation to support product release for shipment after approvals and testing are complete.
  • Assist with quality control hold logs, hold area organization, inventory tracking, investigations, and equipment IQ/OQ activities.
  • Perform environmental sanitation sampling and support compliance with established procedures, safety rules, and quality standards. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $20.50 to $23.00 per hour.
  • Starting pay for this shift: $20.50 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Thursday, 2:45 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.
  • Training schedule: Noon to 10:30 p.m. for at least the first couple of weeks.
  • Schedule format: 4-day, 10-hour shifts.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.
