SHIFT QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN
Help Protect Quality. Ensure Food Safety. Make a Difference. Supreme Cuisine is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our growing food manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining food safety, product quality, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.   • Thursday 3:00 PM
  • 2:00 AM Four 10-Hour Shifts 3-Day Weekend Most Weeks Overtime as Needed Based on Production Requirements Position Summary The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, verifying compliance with food safety programs, and ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Conduct production floor audits and inspections Verify compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and food safety programs Monitor product quality throughout production Perform pre-operational inspections Collect and document quality data accurately Verify weights, labels, packaging, and product specifications Investigate and document quality concerns Communicate quality and food safety issues to management Monitor employee GMP compliance Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely Support regulatory, customer, and internal audits Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Quality Assurance or Food Manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, USDA, or FDA regulations preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and data entry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Work Environment Food Manufacturing Facility Cold and Ambient Production Areas Fast-Paced Production Environment Frequent Walking Throughout Production Areas Exposure to Cooler and Warehouse Environments Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 40 pounds as needed Ability to inspect products, equipment, and production processes Work in varying temperatures including refrigerated areas Why Join Supreme Cuisine?
