Job Description
Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and will guarantee product integrity throughout the manufacturing process. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with established standards. Works under the directions of the QA Manager. Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ASME, BPE, and the National Board regulations. Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement in quality control processes. Coordinate and execute quality audits to assess compliance with regulations and expectations under the directions of the QA Manager. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, BPE, and the National Board is highly desirable. One year experience with T&C Stainless or the Tank industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for decision-making purposes. Knowledge of ASME, BPE, and the National Board regulations related to product quality is essential. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
