As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in ensuring product excellence. What you will do Perform in-process and final inspections of molded parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Read and interpret blueprints, control plans, and inspection instructions Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Communicate quality concerns to operators, supervisors, and the Quality Manager Support root cause investigations and corrective actions Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and follow all safety guidelines What we're looking for Previous experience in quality inspection within a plastic injection molding or manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar) a plus Comfortable working independently and collaboratively High school diploma or equivalent required What Permian? Can consistently and accurately follow written procedures. Can accurately read measuring devices; pin gages, calipers, depth gages, and micro-vu. Can accurately set scales, inclusive of weights and sample sets. Can safely and efficiently use a pallet jack. Can safely and efficiently visually inspect parts per customer standards. Can walk and stand up to 4 hours at a time. Can lift up to 55 pounds from the floor to chest height repeatedly. Can wear steel toe or composite safety shoes. Is accurate, neat, and thorough with communication, documentation, and inspections. Excellent attendance and on time.
