More information to be provided during the interview process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform various tests and inspections on construction materials. Written and electronic reports must be completed regularly. Verbal communication with site and office personnel is required. For more experienced personnel, some supervision and training of less-experienced staff is likely. Adhere to strict safety procedures and standards. Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent. Zero to one year prior experience required. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and current driver's insurance. Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations. Requires a basic logical understanding of smartphones. Requires logical approach to problem solving.
