Job Description

Field Product Tester Up&Up St. Louis, MO Job Details Temporary | Contract | Internship $15 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Product testing in engineering iOS Smartphone applications Driving Mobile testing Full Job Description Field Product Tester & Operations Assistant — St. Louis/Atlanta We're an early-stage property-technology company that helps get rental homes ready for the next tenant. We've built an iPhone app for documenting the condition of a home — and we're looking for one sharp, reliable person to use it in the field, drive our improvements, and help with the occasional related task. This is a great fit for a current student or recent grad who's good with technology, comfortable around a house, and likes the idea of shaping a product instead of just using one. What you'll do: Drive to vacant rental homes around the St. Louis/Atlanta metro Walk each home with our iPhone app — record a quick voice note while you photograph anything that needs attention (paint, cleaning, repairs, damage) Tell us, regularly, what's confusing, slow, or broken in the app — your honest feedback is half the job and goes straight into how we build it Help with occasional other field tasks You'll do well here if you: Are reliable and communicate clearly — we work mostly over text and you won't be micromanaged Genuinely like trying new apps and are good at explaining what's wrong with them Are "handy enough" to walk a house and describe its condition — you don't need to be a contractor; growing up around someone handy is plenty Have a reliable car and an iPhone (iOS 17 or newer)
Details:
contract (1099), paid hourly. ~10-40 hours/week with flexible scheduling that works around classes. Mileage reimbursed. Start in early June. This is early-stage work — you'll wear a few hats and have real input into a product as it's being built.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location:
In person
