Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of our manufacturing processes and our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement across quality systems, uphold regulatory requirements, and support our commitment to excellence. This roll will also include the responsibility of Shipping and Receiving, tracking jobs and material. Duties Checking parts and matching them to print specifications, writing up CoC's if necessary. Inspecting incoming materials for order accuracy. Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality management initiatives, project management tasks, and process optimization efforts. Maintain inventory within shop software (Fulcrum) Experience Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within manufacturing or related industries. Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits, inspections, and analysis with precision and attention to detail. Excellent analysis skills combined with project management capabilities to lead initiatives effectively. Prior experience with metal manufacturing in general is helpful but not necessarily a requirement.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
