If you're detail‑driven, proactive, and passionate about ensuring products meet top-tier standards, we want to talk to you! 🔧 What You'll Do As a Quality Technician, you will be a key player in keeping our products and processes performing at their best. In this role, you will: Maintain and uphold our quality system Promote and enforce safe work practices across the warehouse Identify, quarantine, and evaluate nonconforming products Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and final products Conduct in-line audits for product ID, traceability, and procedures Recommend corrective & preventive actions Develop and maintain detailed product work instructions 🛠️ What You Bring 1-2 years of quality inspection experience Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, packaging, labeling, and inventory control Strong math, reading, and basic technical writing skills Proficiency in MS Office and computer basics High attention to detail and accuracy Problem‑solving ability and troubleshooting mindset Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable standing and moving for long periods ⭐ Bonus Skills (Not required, but a big plus!) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
