Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inspector to help ensure our vacation rental homes and condos are guest-ready and meet the high standards of Atlantic Beach Realty . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in quality, and has a sharp eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Inspect vacation rental homes and condos on a routine basis Identify and document maintenance, cleanliness, or compliance issues Ensure homes meet company standards, safety guidelines, and regulations Communicate findings clearly with the Operations team Assist with tracking and confirming completion of corrective actions Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and observational skills Ability to follow procedures and complete thorough documentation Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and strong punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience in property inspection, vacation rentals, or hospitality Familiarity with mobile apps or digital inspection tools Skills & Competencies Detail-oriented and thorough Strong problem-solving ability Dependable and accountable Effective time management Works well independently and with a team Compensation & Benefits $15.00/hour Seasonal, part-time (12-20 hours/week) Consistent weekend work Work Environment On-site role in Atlantic Beach, NC and surrounding communities Mix of indoor and outdoor inspections Fast-paced, quality-focused environment How to Apply Send your resume and a brief summary of your experience to: ownercare@atlanticbeachrealty.com
