What You'll Do Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Inspect products for defects, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Document and maintain accurate test results, inspection reports, and production records. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions to management. Maintain testing equipment, tools, and areas. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs. What You'll Need Understanding of concrete materials, testing methods, and quality standards. Ability to perform precise measurements and inspections. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of relevant industry standards (ACI, ASTM, and state/federal regulations). Proficiency in documentation, recordkeeping, and basic computer use. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to troubleshoot production issues related to quality and provide solutions.
