COPY LINK link Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a Quality Assurance, you will earn $19.88/hr and receive a weekly pay. In Morrisville, NC. Primary responsibilities include:- Conducting talent assessments and identifying skill gaps among employees within the QA function.
- Facilitating training sessions through coaching, workshops, mentoring, and job shadowing to support employee development.
- Performing audits to evaluate employee progress, document performance gaps, andmunicate findings effectively.
- Supporting onboarding and training of temporary QA staff while ensuringpliance withpany policies, ISO requirements, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant QA, training, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, email, intranet systems, and management information systems (MIS).
- Strongmunication,anizational, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, stand for extended periods, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Pay Details:
