Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting talent assessments to identify skill gaps within the QA function and supporting employee development initiatives.
• Facilitating training sessions through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, mentoring, and onboarding activities for QA staff.
• Performing audits to evaluate employee progress, documenting performance gaps, and communicating findings effectively.
• Following all company policies, safety procedures, ISO requirements, and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance, training, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems, intranet platforms, and management information systems (MIS).
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
