Quality Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

Testing and analysis: Perform standard testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and R D material testing as requested.

Data management:

Record, interpret, and report test results accurately in the quality data system.

Quality assurance:

Follow established SOPs to ensure the validity of test results and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

ISO 9001

compliance: Assist in ensuring the lab operates in compliance with

ISO 9001

standards and support internal and external audits.

Problem-solving:

Identify out-of-specification results, participate in root cause analysis, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate records and ensure accurate release of product. Work with Cross functional Teams to focus quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and 2 years of equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with quality management systems and tools. Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
