Pay:

$18-$20/hour Responsible for inspecting materials, parts, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer specifications in a manufacturing environment. Works closely with production teams to identify defects, maintain documentation, and support continuous quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products for quality and accuracy. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures to verify specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. Identify defects, nonconforming materials, or production issues and report findings to supervisors. Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards. Perform visual inspections for damage, defects, or inconsistencies. Work with production staff to correct quality concerns and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized inspection area. Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.

Requirements:

Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers required. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer and documentation skills preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required. Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Good communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or GED preferred. #LIND26
