JOB SUMMARY
 Ensures product meets the high standard of quality through various checks, tests, record-keeping practices, and communication to various departments.
JOB DUTIES
Perform a variety of tests and checks on products, such as receiving inspection, swabs, oil tests, marination checks, batter tests, net weight checks, temperature checks. Inspect product at different stages of production run to ensure it meets quality standards. Inspect facility areas and pest control boxes at regular intervals. Maintain excellent records of all checks and tests completed ensuring accurate data entry and information is available for audit or customer complaint research. Perform other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS
 Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to cold, some heavy lifting, dust, noise, slippery floors. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONS
 Must meet Quality Assurance Tech Back & Task requirements. Must be able to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 8 hours per day. Complete and maintain required safety trainings and certifications (Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Vehicles, Hazard Communication, etc.). High School diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy, with SAP and Windows Office suite experience a plus. Bilingual English & Spanish a plus. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality. Must pass QA math test.
