• Quality Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• + Applies

GMP/GLP/ISO 17025

compliance standards in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate + Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration + Meets all quality and productivity metrics + Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity + Maintains continuous learning to keep abreast of regulatory or industry standards as related to Quality Assurance (QA) requirements + Identifies potential quality system improvements to maximize quality and productivity + Performs internal laboratory audits and keeps management informed of identified findings + Provides QA review and approvals as required + Presents, prepares, or attends training programs as needed to satisfy regulatory requirements + Possesses strong quality orientation and organizational skills + Provides clear feedback + Communicates (oral and written) effectively and shows attention to detail + Keeps accurate records, follows instructions, and complies with company policies

• Qualifications
• The ideal candidate would possess:
• + Strong computer skills; excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint + Technical laboratory skills.

• Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• + Bachelor's degree in science or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major) + Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
