Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your expertise in quality systems and measurement tools, will help uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced quality control tools to verify dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances. Perform detailed quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance for continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions Participate in internal and external audits related to QA/QC processes, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, and other applicable standards. Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions while supporting ongoing calibration of measurement instruments. Requirements Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving medical devices or similar regulated industries. Strong knowledge of quality systems such, ISO 9001, AWS and CWB Proficiency in using measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately for decision-making purposes. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies including audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and operate precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and document findings clearly.
