Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Rewinder is responsible for rewinding a wide range of electro-mechanical equipment, including motors, coils, and stators, with precision and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong technical skills, familiarity with specialized equipment, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
WORK PERFORMED
Strictly comply with all safety policies and procedures in the workplace. Complete all required Quality Assurance (QA) checks and documentation for each job. Disassemble, rewind, and reassemble various types of AC/DC motors and other electro-mechanical equipment. Operate specialized stripping, winding, burn-off, and testing equipment. Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for all tasks. Participate in ongoing technical training and performance development programs. Not sure what a Rewind position involves?
