Quality Assurance Lead • $21.25/hour • Temp-to-Hire About This Opportunity Seeking a QA Lead responsible for executing established Quality Assurance procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety regulations. This role focuses heavily on documentation accuracy, compliance monitoring, and maintaining organized QA systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working within established processes and reporting structures. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details Pay :
$21.25/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM (may vary depending on production)

ASAP Pre Employment Requirements Drug Screen Required Background Check Required Client Interview Required Valid Driver's License Responsibilities Execute QA procedures exactly as written Monitor HACCP and CCP processes Maintain accurate QA documentation and records Verify records are completed and closed on time Support internal and external audits Follow escalation procedures and chain of command Train and reinforce QA procedures with technicians Communicate updates clearly and professionally
Requirements:
2+ years of QA or food manufacturing experience Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and QA documentation Experience maintaining compliance records Strong attention to detail Strong communication and time management skills Preferred Requirements Previous QA Lead or senior technician experience Experience in regulated food manufacturing SQF, USDA, or FDA audit support experience Bilingual English/Spanish Behavioral Requirements Completes assigned work before suggesting alternatives Raises concerns proactively Follows approved procedures and authority structure Maintains professionalism and accuracy Focus on task completion and compliance
