This role requires a strong background in inspection, auditing, and advanced metrology, with the ability to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities

• Inspect machined and manufactured components to verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Perform first article, in process, and final inspections
• Use FARO Arm, CMM, and other precision measuring equipment to validate dimensions and tolerances
• Support internal quality audits and help maintain compliance with aerospace and defense requirements
• Review documentation and inspection records for accuracy and traceability
• Identify nonconformances, document findings, and support corrective action activities
• Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve inspection and quality issues
• Perform or support non destructive testing activities as required Qualifications
• Previous quality inspection experience in an aerospace or defense manufacturing environment
• Auditing experience in a regulated quality system
• Hands on experience with FARO Arm and CMM equipment
• Non Destructive Testing, NDT, experience required
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
• Experience with inspection documentation, nonconformance reporting, and traceability requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
