Quality Engineer needed for a temp-to-direct-hire role in the Hanover area of New Hampshire! This key role will be to perform floor support dimensional measurement tasks and will require technical expertise in CMM programming. The right candidate for this role will have a BS degree in Engineering, 4+ years prior production experience along with exceptional communcation, a passion for excellence and proven analytical skills. Lebanon, New Hampshire job type: Contract salary: $43 - 46 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
  • Support continuous improvement of CMM measurement processes
  • Provide thorough documentation of job activities, addressing problem resolution, continuous improvement, and engineering tests
  • Communicate on project status, quality support activities, team metrics, and safety initiative at team meetings Requirements
  • BS degree in Engineering along 5+ years related manufacturing experience and CNC Programming for turned parts
  • Working knowledge of large manufacturing operations, aerospace preferred
  • Proficiency using Calypso and NX
  • Firm understanding of Y14-5 geometric dimension and tolerancing as well as drawing interpretation
  • Knowledge of basic inspection techniques and basic machine shop machining
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CMM tools such as Calypso Additional Information Help for Additional Information.
